We try to be relatively regular in providing tips, helpful hints, and blatant self-promotion, so when I got the nudge I thought what content do people want to read? What’s the hot trend in marketing right now? And then I thought better of it, so I’m writing to share about something really important to me personally and close to my heart: the incredible creative team at Naked Creative.

I can tell you with complete certainty that any success of Naked Creative is due to the talent and dedication of the team. These guys are the best, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have them on my team.

From the moment I walk into Naked Creative each morning, I am struck by the passion, energy, and creativity radiating from every corner of the studio – and each morning I greet with a new greeting (good morning my favourites, Hey A team, Hi Fam, sup awesomeness) and the crew always greet in return with energy far too exuberant for 8am – every morning I grin as I head to the coffee machine, it simply never gets old.

These guys are truly dedicated to their craft, and it shows in the quality of their work. Whether it's a simple social media post, pulling a magazine together, a new brand or design, a complex marketing campaign, or an article or column, they approach each project with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment. And not everything we do is fun - there are a lot of analytics and data to go through, but somehow the crew jump at it, like they’re off to play with a bunch of puppies.

The team are not just talented, they're also a blast to work with. They bring a sense of humour and lightheartedness to the office that is simply contagious.

But most importantly, they truly care about their clients and the success of their campaigns. They work tirelessly to make sure each project is the best it can be, and they go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. They understand that success is not just about creating great work, it's also about building strong relationships and making a positive impact on the world.

Personally, I couldn't be more proud of my team. They inspire me every day to be a better leader and a better person. I am constantly reminded of how lucky I am to have such talented, dedicated, and fun-loving individuals on my team, and I’m a big believer of hiring people way smarter than me – I’ve nailed that. I just need to get out of their way.
